Brewer’s Notes

Katie Bouman discovered the first algorithm to detect a black hole and like many things in recent years it was underwhelming. This marvelous achievement is overshadowed by recent events in human history. Much like this the NEIPA style is something marvelous however it too has become over saturated and underwhelming. This 8 hop DDH beer aims to reaffirm what an NEIPA is and what it should be.
